Nighthawk XR500 - Trouble with initial setup.

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone could help me please.

I have recently bought the XR500. My ISP is Virgin Media and I have a Hub4 with the gigabit line.

I’ve have managed to get the hub into modem mode and connected it to the XR500 but from my understanding the next step is to go though “router login.net” but I cannot do that as it’s saying I have no network connection.

I have next to no experience with networking so I’m lost.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
