Nighthawk XR500 open up for ping

Hi,

 

I wonder how i "open up my router for ping". My internet provider want to be able to ping my router cause i have had troubles with connection lately, they told me to "open up my router for ping".

 

I know i can ping my router from my own computer but how do i allow WAN to ping my router?

    See if there is a option to "Respond to WAN side Ping" under Advanced Tab/Settings/WAN Setup...
