nighthawk xr500 ping heatmap not showing fifa21

hello everyone

i purchased the nighthawk xr500 but when i try to se the ping heatmap to locate fifa21 servers it wont show the game name in the list, it shows a buncg of other games. i viewed a bunch of photos online showing fifa21 in the gmaes list. i'm using the duma3.0

what could be the problem.

    Sorry about this, we're currently having issues capturing server data for FIFA so it's not currently on Ping Heatmap, we're hoping to update it and re-add it soon once we've worked out the small issues we're running into.
