Nighthawk XR500

I have purchased and upgraded my home router to the AC2600.  I have also upgraded my 1GB internet.   However when I have my computer plugged directly into the router.  My speed never will go to above...

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

 

Do a reset on the XR router and walk thru the setup wizard. When it gets to the detected internet speed. Let us know what it detects here. 

You can also manually input speed settings 1000/1000 I believe under QoS...

      When it goes through the setup and dectects the speed I get 300/300  which it is suppose to be 1 GPS up and 1 GPS down.

        What happens if you manully input 1000/1000? 

        Something you need to contact NG support about.
