I keep getting Moderate Double NAT Detected on my Xbox. I can’t put my Xfinity Modem In bridge mode because I need the wireless internet. And I can’t put my Nighthawk XR500 in AP mode because if I do ...
Here's what you should do:
- Open DumaOS and go to System Information, write down your WAN IP
- Open the Xfinity Modem settings and look for DMZ
- Put the WAN IP that you wrote down previously into the DMZ
Now the double-NAT should be gone.
This is what comes up what do I do.
You're trying to configure the DMZ on the XR500 but you should be trying to configure it in your modem's interface instead!
Go to system information in DumaOS and write down your WAN IP, and then put this into the DMZ of your modem.
