What is the average ping to the game as shown by the Geo-Filter? Are you using QoS? If so what settings are you using?
Geo Filter is set to UK and 3000km but auto ping says "There is currently no host or server to ping"

Download / Upload I've changed a few times between 70 and 80 %.
I've added my games console in traffic prioritisation.
Share excess bandwidth is ticked.
- That is quite a big radius, especially given the abundance of servers in Europe. I would suggest you change that to 1000km which will give you close servers and hopefully resolve the issue you're having. What platform are you playing the game on?
