The router I am using is the AC2400 and the modem is the AC1900
The problem that im having is that when I try to play any of the call of duty games my NAT type is set to strict instead of open.

Neither of which are model numbers. But from the sound of it you're in a double nat. Is the router in ap mode or the modern in passthrough mode?
- ImitableFeb 13, 2020AspirantThe router is in Ap mode.

What specific devices are you using? AC2400 and AC1900 are speeds, not models.
Firmare on them?
What are you playing call of duty on?
PS4, Xbox, Pc?
And is it wireless/wired, how is it connected?
And then is it connected via the AP device (which is?) or the primary router?
Is it the only game with issues?
- ImitableFeb 13, 2020AspirantModel numbers for these are
Modem : C7000v2
Router : Ac2400
Playing on my Pc
Wired connection from my router the Nighthawk Ac2400 model
Its the only game where I can see the NAT type im assuming the other games are perhaps also encountering this issue.
As for the firmware for the modem its
V1.03.01
And for the router it is
V1.2.0.62_1.0.1
