No internet

My router was working fine, until I had a power outage. I rebooted everything back up but now my devices are not connecting to the internet. The devices see but but it says internet is unavailable. The internet light is red instead of white. I tried rebooting the router, I also tried different Ethernet ports and till nothing.

    Power OFF The ISP modem for 30 seconds then back on while leaving the XR router online. 

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
