This may have been anwsered before but I couldn't get a search result to assist me. I just bought a XR500 and cannot get a connection to the internet (no LED) showing. Spectrum ISP w/ en2251 modem ...
If you go to System information on the XR500, is it showing a WAN IP from the router?
If not, are you able to see any information about the XR500 on the admin interface for your modem?
