No ping heat map
So I can't get call of duty ping heat map to load. No servers show up in the map. But when I target other games servers will show up on the map. No idea where to start to fix this issue?
Nothing you need to do on your side, we need to do a cloud update for it. We're just fixing up the tool needed to do so, hopefully we'll be able to get an update out today but if not then tomorrow.
It won't impact your ability to use the Geo-Filter to force servers though.

- We updated, resync the cloud on Ping Heatmap and then it will work

- I’m having the same issue today (and the last several months). Has this been addressed? I have resync to cloud with no change.
- Please advise
