No ping heat map

So I can't get call of duty ping heat map to load. No servers show up in the map. But when I target other games servers will show up on the map. No idea where to start to fix this issue?

My ping heatmap is still not working for all the Call of Duty servers. Resync'd the cloud and reset my XR500.

      Looks like the same issue as before, I'll let the team know and we'll get an update pushed again.

        Same issue here with XR500. Its only with the COD  servers, other games seem to be working on heatmap. Possible issue with COD itself?
