No vpn to ps4 xr500

Hello, I just got this today. It's quite an upgrade for me. I'm having trouble with the vpn. I use ipvanish, I can get the vpn to work on my pc but, it doesn't effect the ps4. I'm not sure what I'm missing?

    Just to clarify the setup you're using, have you entered the OpenVPN configuration files and your user/password and you are successfully connected on Hybrid VPN? The PS4 should be added on the right side and it should be greyed out so you can't change any options, is that correct?
