Not more than 30 devices able to connect

If you give them static IPs does that resolve the issue?

    Tried that. It didn't stop the ARP attacks from showing up when I connect the smart-belts.

      Disable QoS completely from Anti-Bufferbloat settings and see if that resolves it please
