Online / Office Status Incorrect

Model: XR700

Firmware: V1.0.1.48

 

I have a new Synology NAS 1522+.  It has 4 ethernet ports.  It gets the IP addresses from the XR700 just fine.  In the XR700 I go to Device Manager, the map will show some of the ports as Offline when in fact they are Online.  They get an IP address from the XR700 just fine.

 

Any idea how to get them to show correctly in the map?

    It will happen if it isn't detecting any traffic, generate traffic and you should see it switch to online
