Phillips HUE wont pair, similar issues reported but dont see a solution
I have a hue bridge, now my 3rd with the same issue: The Hue app doesnt seem to have a satble connection to the hie bridge. The bridge must be connected via ethernet, and the app on that same routers...
Sorry to hear you're having trouble!
One way to test if the the XR500 is the cause of this issue would be to connect the bridge and app to a different router/your modem if it has Wi-Fi capability. Then see if you can get everything connected properly.
