ping assist not working warzone

Could you please remove your device from Geo-filter, go to Device manager and click on your PC then change it's device type to Playstation, then re-add the device to Geo-filter.

It's odd that you'd get an Open NAT in Cold war but not Warzone, do you also experience this with Geo-filter disabled? Is it having any affect on your matchmaking?

https://ibb.co/3TQNhGx- You have too many options enabled to get an open NAT which can actually achieve the opposite affect. Remove the port forwarding rules and the DMZ, just leave the NAT option as open. The ping in game includes things like processing delay, if it is much higher then it indicates the server may be under load and trying to get other servers may be beneficial.
It only finds me in France and that's it, I can't lower the ping, before with the isp router I had better ping,

I got my nat to be open, but I can't get a good configuration to improve my latency, I'm beginning to think that I didn't do well to buy the xr500, because apart from the geo filter I don't see any use for it, with the isp router from time to time in when I was starting at 35ms, that's why I got this router,

https://ibb.co/wgnVk32- You need to move the radius/home location to exclude Spain and the top of France and cover the rest of the EU, you're getting a lot of good pings showing on heatmap

- There are a lot of servers within that polygon so shouldn't be an issue getting a game. Did you adjust those settings when you were already on the game?
I adjusted it being inside and then outside, but nothing, it does not work, instead a server from the USA jumps
- Do this please:
Hard turn off the console
Remove device from Geo-Filter
Flush cloud from Geo-Filter Map menu
Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
Setup the Geo-Filter how you would like
Wait 2 minutes
Boot up the client/game it has not worked
I can't get the geo-filter to work, maybe activision no longer lets you use the geo-filter
- The filter is definitely working in that screenshot, the Spain server is not always available. Please try the steps I said and set it up according to the polygon previously

What are you seeing now? How long is it taking to get a game? Did you try installing the firmware?
Yes, it didn't work and I went back to the latest version with dumaos 3.0.204
