Ping heat not listed

I'm one of those losers that still plays Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Anyone have the IP addresses for those servers so I can connect to those?

    We generally only keep the last two iterations of CoD on Ping Heatmap but they basically keep the servers in the same locations every iteration so you can use one of the current ones as an indication but it's likely they will have fewer servers
