For the past year I've had another netgear wifi adaptor that worked fine for the most part (I would occasionally get ping spikes once a week or so but in league of legends where my ping would go from 38 to 350+ and I would fix this by unplugging the adaptor and plugging it back in) but as of recently it just starts to jump up from 38 to 100+ whenever I play any game. I didn't really know how to fix it other than things like reset my router or unplug it and plug it back in so I decided to get a new one as of today. I was having perfect ping for about 30 minutes then I start to get random ping spikes in league of legends and PUBG that disconnect me from the game or just bring the games ping to 350+. My ms in game also sometimes just stabalizes at 120 but when I test my latency via command prompt using the command "ping google.com" my ping comes back as 17.
