The lost packets you're getting are insignificant, they wouldn't be causing any issues - as you can see it's showing 0% loss because it is so few. It is normal to lose packets sometimes. Regarding guest wifi there is an option to allow it to interact with the local network, also it will have a LAN IP so you'll still be able to ping it regardless. Regarding 5GHz have you changed the speed to use 1700? Have you used a WiFi adapter to find the least congested channel and changed to that?

Thanks for your quick reply.
Under guest network settings I do have the setting turned off which allows guests to access my network.
I am on channel 4 for 2.4Ghz and 153 for 5Ghz. My Guest network is also on channel 153 5Ghz.There is no one else using these channels.
It's set to 1700 on my router but I am unable to find a setting for this on my pc if that's what you're asking?

Smart Connect would also be good to disable so you can connect to 2.4 or 5GHz manually and that may help with the disconnections.
