Thanks for your quick reply.
Under guest network settings I do have the setting turned off which allows guests to access my network.
I am on channel 4 for 2.4Ghz and 153 for 5Ghz. My Guest network is also on channel 153 5Ghz.There is no one else using these channels.
It's set to 1700 on my router but I am unable to find a setting for this on my pc if that's what you're asking?

Not on the PC, within the WiFi settings you should be able to change this. You may need to disable Smart Connect in order to do so. Smart Connect would also be good to disable so you can connect to 2.4 or 5GHz manually and that may help with the disconnections.
