Port Triggering

How do i input the ports into the Port Triggering Section, instead of Port Forwarding.

I don't know what suppose to go under Service Type/Triggering Port

and then Under Inbound Connection Starting Port/ Ending Port

 

Theres a picture on what my netgear settings looks like and then the Ports on the right hand side.
