Printer Support anyone XR500?!?

When will Netgear resolve the Printer Share issue? USB ports are not recognizing any printer attached. 4 months have passed since I raised this issue...

  • Did you call Netgear support as suggested in your previous topic and have you upgraded to the latest XR500 version?

      Yes, I called, they called, we had long conversations and I sent them logs and it was concluded that this will be addressed in the new firmware. Well, I am on the latest firmware and nothing is changed.
