Product Already Registered
Hello, I need a little help, I purchased a Netgear Nighthawk from ebay used, the product serial is already, but would like to register it to me as I'm the new owner.
Is anyone from support able to contact me as I called twice yesterday and the agents both got my email wrong and still didn't fix it. Today I called support and unable to get through and live chat isn't working.

Then you can register it to yourself: https://kb.netgear.com/26904/How-do-I-register-a-product-on-MyNETGEAR?article=26904- Unfortunately I can't do this as I bought a seller refurbished item from eBay and they don't have the account to unregister it. Inhave put in a support ticket but have had no reply for 3 days so not sure weather to return it not.
Sorry to hear that! I'm afraid as we are apart of the Netduma team and not NETGEAR, we won't be able to do much in this scenario. I think it's generally quicker if you can get through by phone so it unfortunately may be a case of calling until you can get it resolved.
