Promblem with router
I have a problem with my EXR 500 router it just says a reset factory OK and the password and admin don’t work and I am a reset a factor I never changed and never logged into it and I need help doing it and my security questions not work either and I save them though

- Hold down the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds (you will need to use something thin and small to do so), then wait 2 minutes and attempt to access the interface. You should be shown the setup wizard, complete that to have internet access and access to the interface.
