While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Nighthawk Pro Gaming Routers - NETGEAR Communities
Gaming routers have their own DumaOS operating system that is nothing like the one on Netgear's standard routers.
You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

No need. This place is a mess and it is easy to get lost.
I didn't want you sitting around waiting for someone to find your message.

It's odd that you only seem to have this issue specifically with streaming games.
Can you go to the XR1000 interface by opening a web browser and going to routerlogin.net.
Here, login and go to Settings -> Setup -> WAN Setup and check that UPnP is enabled and then set the Filtering type to Open.
After that, see if you're able to stream games.

Thanks for the reply I'm pretty sure they are both set as you suggested I'm currently out at present but will double check the setting when I'm home & report back.

Hi Yousif1 yes I've done that It appears to be related to the Geo filter that's causing the issue. Thanks

Can you zoom all the way out on the Geo-filter map and then when you try to play a game, watch for a 'blocked' icon to appear. When this occurs, please click the icon and manually allow the connection in the panel that appears below the map.
After that, you should be able to play. Of course the alternative would be to temporarily disable filtering mode when you want to play these games.
