Morning Liam I will try your suggestion just to see if it works I don't know how the streaming with ps3 games works as the two that I tried the icon appeared in the US (not sure if they are all based there) I'm in the UK & you would think there would be something over here.
Can you just clarify this for me even though I turned off filtering mode when I tried Call of Duty the icons appeared within my radius approx. 1000 miles am I right in thinking that if nothing appeared within that range it would then search outside that but with filtering enabled it will only search within the radius.
I've also got the following settings configured are these ok:
UPNP>Enabled
Filtering Mode>Open
Ref congestion I've set the sliders to 70% & Auto enabled
QOS I've set gaming upload & download to 20
Is there anything else I can tweak to optimize online gaming
I'm connected via ethernet & on full fibre 900 which gives me approx 1000 download 110 upload
Thanks

It's often the case that they're just authentication servers that the game needs to communicate with in order for you to play. Most often you won't be playing on that server, it's just for you to authenticate.
On Geo-filter, that's right, with filtering mode disabled you can still see the connections but Geo-filter will not affect them. With Filtering mode enabled, Geo-filter will ensure you are not getting connected to any servers outside of your filter radius.
You're config sounds good, nice job. One last thing I'd suggest trying:
Disable both the default rules in QoS -> Traffic Prio and instead add a new one, select your PS5 as the device and select Games Console as the service.
After that, give it a go and let us know how it feels!
