There is a beta firmware available for a R-App issue, it may also contain the fix for this as well but I couldn't be certain without the official release notes. If you like I can send this to you.

I don't think that the hotfix contains a fix for the certificate issue. It was a hotfix produced by the developers at Netduma built on top of the most recent Netgear firmware that's publicly available. Netgear's next firmware should contain the certificate fix and the rapp not loading fix.
