pubg ping issue

I have a 20ms ping in PUBG, but when I fire at enemies, the bullets do not register properly. They shoot me with only 1 or 2 bullets, and I end up getting killed. Will buying an XR500 solve my problem or not?"

    It's very hard to say when your ping is good, it depends why that could be happening, it sounds more like a server issue, in which case either selecting a different server on the game (if possible) or using the Geo-Filter to do so could help, even if the ping is slightly higher.
