Purchased a XR700 Router few weeks ago, worked great, but now only 2 ports work
As the title reads, i purchased this router few weeks ago off ebay. It did work great at first. All of the ports worked without any hicups. I have a good amount of devices that are not wireless , and so being hardwired is very important for them to work..Woke up the other morning and only two ports are working. Any suggestions ? I cant just go return it , and i would hate to think that I am just **bleep** out of luck.

- What I would suggest is upgrading to this firmware: https://kb.netgear.com/000061714/XR700-Firmware-Version-1-0-1-24-Hot-Fix using the TFTP method: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP and then doing a factory reset. That will make it the freshest firmware install possible and if the ports not working is a software issue this will hopefully resolve it.
