QoS lowspeeds+strict nat

why do i get low speeds+strict nat type on my PS4 when i enable QoS ? i get a 300+ down when its off and a modertate nat type but when its on i get a 150 and a strict nat

    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
