R app error
WhenI I login to the xr500 and go to the qos the r app that allows you to prioritize devices does not load and error can't find device pops up.Setup modem/XR500/S8000 switch.
- Sep 25, 2019How did you do the factory reset? It sounds like an issue that should almost certainly be resolved by a reset. So it may be yours actually rebooted, were settings wiped? Either do it from Settings > Administation > Backup Settings > Erase or hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds and let go.

Factory reset XR500 same issue accured will try factory reset on s8000 next.
