r7000 router - wireless radio is not working

I cleaned the place of my router and when trying to switch everything on, I could not reconnect to the wireless. The router is linked to the modem of my provider and I configured the r7000 as router , not AP. 

The wireless button is on on the router and in the advanced settings > advanced setup >  wireless settings, both "Enable Wireless Router Radio" flags are active. 

I also tested a factory reset, back and restore of the config, and none of those actions can reactivate the wireless. 

In Basic > home , the wireless is showing yellow "OFF" 

 

Anyone having an idea ? I've been trying for the whole weekend and don't see what is going wrong.
