R7000P drops connection even after reset

Hello,
Last night I was messing with DHCP reservations and had somehow messed that up and had to reset the router because it kept dropping the connection (permanently) after I would say 5 minutes of on time. Redid all my reservation stuff and I'm still having the exact same issue. Nighthawk and Genie both say I'm up to date with latest firmware (v1.3.64_10.1.36). Any idea what's going on? Lights stay flashing like everything is normal but my internet drops and I have to power cycle to get it restarted and then it only lasts for 5 min. Modem stays on but I power cycled it a few times to be sure.

When I was working with the reservation stuff I had changed IP's to a few addresses (swapped motherboards and I wanted to keep the IP's to the device and not the board) which meant I had repeated an IP although they were both reset at the same time which I would think would mean it wouldn't matter? And at that I had reset the router once the issues started so essentially even that issue, if that started the problem, would be resolved?

Just need advise because I feel this is not a hardware issue but some setting somewhere. I would hate to RMA
