Random DC every 3-5h
I've been getting these random dc's. Connection goes back online after 20-30s.
Running the latest firmware.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

The NG router is connected to the fiber converter, no modem.

I have it set to channel 6 on 2.4Ghz already and 44 on 5Ghz.
What bothers me the most is that I lose connection on my ethernet (main computer).
I have tried switching ethernet cable, switching ethernet ports...still random connection issues.

- GiftlessFeb 24, 2019Aspirant
No, no large downloads. I play pc games online thats all.

Also change the ethernet cable connecting the router to your ISP hub as it may be faulty.
