Need help windows 11 when I download the firmware I’m on .74 was going to 82 before stepping up to the latest but I was able to extract the file I think but not sure which to use. I’m disabled and h...
Last time I tried It booted off never came back on. I power cycle and it came back with .74 firmware. I have left it alone since. Problem is it keeps loosing IPv6 and only way to get back is to power cycle. Should I factory reset then try and upload the firmware? Many thanks to you in advance
Do you loose IPv6 if you directly connect to the ISP modem/ONT?
Is IPv6 the only protocol that seems to fail?
If you disable it, does everything else work?
How is IPv6 configured?
Using ISP IPv6 DNS or auto detected IPv6 DNS?
Which ISP are you connected with?
How was new FW applied to the router? Which browser did you use?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
