It is NAT related. If the Xbox can't get an Open Nat then party chat disconnects. I didn't have any issues at first with the latest update until last night. I believe Xbox Live is having issues on the east coast because when I put both Xbox's to spectator mode I got Open Nat again to servers in California. Usually I get the server in South Carolina but filtered mode didn't connect to it.
Wanted to give an update on the Nat problem, East Coast Xbox Live servers are up and running and now Nat works perfectly fine on filtered mode again.
