I have had the same issue since the last firmware hotfix update 1.1.0.22_2.1.34 . It will run for awhile and randomly lock up and drop wifi signal since last firmware update. I tried factory reset...
That's just a security update from NG so unlikely to be that though not impossible. It could be a cloud issue, we're looking into it currently.
