Re: XR500 After Hard Reset Cannot Access Rules In Traffic Controller
I'm having this exact same issue. After a factory reset, all the Traffic rules are gone (btw if I create a new one, it also doesn't show), but I can still see Event Capture logs related to old rules....

How are you doing a factory reset exactly?

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm doing the reset by holding a paperclip in the reset hole for 30 seconds. Lights blink etc and when I navigate to the router login, it takes me through the steps to set up admin password, etc, and all other settings like SSID, internet login, etc have been set to defaults. All this gave me the impression a reset had happened

Only press the reset button for no longer that 15 seconds.

Thanks everyone for the tips. Have now done a "Revert to factory default settings > Erase" through the web interface, and then worked through all the usual setup workflow so looks like factory reset was successful.
Same Traffic Controller issue is still happening unfortunately: In Traffic Controller there are no rules listed in the Traffic Rules (expected I assume after factory reset), but under Traffic Analytics I can see the old rule names (not expected I assume).
If I then add a test rule, it does not appear in the Rule section, but it does appear in Traffic Analytics. This stops me from editing/removing old rules
