Did you install it using TFTP? If that doesn't work then the router must be faulty and I'd recommend getting a replacement if you can
Yes I installed through tftp.
The duma inteface seems to be showing the correct version (2.3.2.120) so I think it installed properly.
But rebooting through gui again cause router to go through factory reset and lost everything.
My router is out of warranty, I ordered a r2 to replace this and will not recommend getting netgear router to anyone.
- Sorry to hear that, you can try unplugging the router for 24 hours as that can sometimes help with odd issues like this
