Set reserved IPs for your devices and that should help to resolve it

would that be for all devices or for wired only? i have at least 70 devices, I'd have to do that for each one? Netgear really dropping the ball here.

Can you give more details? What does randomly drops internet mean?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Is the top Internet LED turning AMBER when this happens?
- Netduma-FraserMay 17, 2024NetDuma PartnerIdeally yes as I believe it's to do with DHCP and we have seen it help for other people but that is a lot of devices so I can see why you wouldn't want to do that. Unfortunately it's the only solution I know of currently

I'd also change the DHCP IP address range as well.
Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
