Router blinking white Wi-Fi and Ethernets

I just set up my XR500 with my SB8200. The problem I am having is the blinking white lights and its suppose to be solid for gig.

It was blinking orange on just 1 ethernet but now it is blinking white. What can I do?

    here's from the manual:

Blinking white. The port is sending or receiving traffic at 1 Gbps

when its solid, its just detected the connection. When its blinking its sending/receiving data at 1gig.

The LAN/Ethernet ports in amber (orange) does not indicate a problem or error, also borrowed fro the fine documentation:

Solid amber. The router detected a 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps link with a powered-on device.
Blinking amber. The port is sending or receiving traffic at 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps.

Whatever was connected on that LAN port, either the device itself or the patch cable (not all four pairs workable) did not allow negotiating to a GbE link speed.
