Many times these happen when the firmware gets corrupted during updates.
you can try this:
1. Try a factory reset. Push and hold reset for 7-10 seconds while powered on. The lights should change
2. Didn't work? you can try a tftp recovery to get it working.

If you're on windows, make sure to enable tftp within windows.
