Router settings
I just recieved my nighthawk today and in the router settings some options are blank on the left hand side. I'm unsure why?
I am running in access point mode any way I can ungray them?
No, in access point mode the primary router (not the AP) is handling those tasks.
You'd need to put the primary device in modem only/passthrough mode and reactivate the router mode on the netgear device to get them back.
My router im using is a modem router so i've change it from a access point to a router in the settings now struggling to find the router IP

Ok, we need some details.
1. What modem/router are you using?
2. What netgear router?
3. firmware on the router?
which way do you have it running:
A. combo device (in modem only mode)--------->netgear router (router mode)
B. Combo device (in router mode)----------Netgear router (access point mode)
Anytime you change the combo devices mode, reboot both the modem and the router. power both off, power up the modem, give it a few minutes to fully boot, then boot the router and give it a few minutes.
