Hi Shawn - what is the make of the modem your XR500 is plugged into? If it’s a modem/router combo, it’s possible you have double NAT.
The best thing to do is go on your modem/router and enable ‘Bridge mode’ or ‘modem mode’
What’s the exact error message you are getting on Roku?
Also, can you connect it directly to your modem? If yes, does it work?

the modem I have was provided my spectrum it is an Arris model TM1602A, it is a stand alone modem. Spectrum offered a sperate router but i decided to go with the xr500 so i do not think there is a double nat issue. I believe the Prime video issue is something to do with Prime Video and the Xr500 Router bc everything else works on my TCL tv but Prime and i have even hard wired the tv to the XR500 router to see if it was a wifi issue and it still does not load.
the exact error I am getting on Prime is "internet Connection Error"
even my LG tv is running Prime Video Slow. It use to open fast on my old internet with that modem/router combo from Windstream and i was only running 40 MBPS internet then. i have since upgraded to Charter Spectrum 400 MBPS package.
i do believe it has to do with the xr500 settings.
like i was saying all my wifi devices are running slow( non gaming devices) but my gaming computer is running great at the full 400 mbps speed.
