routerlogin and all the other sites like that wont work

i tried loging in with admin and password, didnt work then factory reset the router tried it agian and i put it in and nothing happenes ive been trying everything for about 2 hours now and nothing works please help

    When you factory reset it, did you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while it was powered on? 

    I'd also try a different pc and browser. Many times autofill settings can overwrite data. trying a different pc/browser can sometimes help.

    also, its case/space sensitive. 

    default login: admin

    defautl password: password

    all lower case, no spaces.
