What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What speeds do you pay for UP and Down?
Speed testing with a wired PC or Laptop?

try update the firmware and downgrade, but still slow internet, that doesn't happen with my old asus ac5300

Modem Combo Units:
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem.Might downgrade to v20 as others reported this solved there problems. Recent FW seems to have problems.

- Have you entered your correct speeds into Anti-Bufferbloats options in QoS? Do you have Anti-Bufferbloat enabled and Bandwidth Allocation with share excess off? If you disable QoS in Anti-Bufferbloats options do you get your expected speeds?
