Setting my VPN Surfshark

Honestly i don't lnow how to find the firmware , but i give few info i have surfshark vpn and as rourter i XR500; my broadband is Sky Fast Fibre line..

finally i got acces on my router page Duma OS; then i went to the Hybrid VPN and i found that netgear only accept two provvider (Hidemyass or PureVPN).
Now i would like to ask you if Hybrid VPN DumaOS, can accept other provvider like the one already i bought it ( Surfshark VPN ) .

- You need to obtain the OpenVPN configuration files from Surfshark, you can then enter those in the advanced setup of HybridVPN and it will work.
