In regards to specific XR500 DumaOS settings, I'd recommend having a look at our optimal settings guides here: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 for anything that is relevant to you're network and how you're using the internet, e.g. gaming. Given it's quite a large household I would suggest using QoS to eliminate any lag/buffering issues people may have.
