Setup XR500/ATT
Hello,
I was trying to set up my XR500 router and followed the instructions but I found myself in a pickle with trying get the bugs out. On my Xbox One, the Xbox was saying double nat, which through me off. So I’m wonder how the router is supposed to be set up to work with Att U-verse internet. Any support would be much appreciated!

- Hi CptWilson11, if you're getting double NAT that means you need to put the ATT modem/router in modem mode if possible or put the XR500's WAN IP (this can be found in System Information on the XR500 under Internet Status) into the ATT DMZ. This will eliminate the double NAT reading and should allow you to get an open NAT on your Xbox One. If it's not open after that put the Xbox One IP that can be found in the Device Manager into the DMZ of the XR500 which is found in Settings > WAN Setup.
