You may need to use DHCP Option 61 also but I can't say for certain if Sky still require that

We are considering the following as our set up.
Virgin Hub 5 in modem mode with XR500 (this is our existing setup)
The above would be for the kids devices, tv's, printers, phones etc etc.
Sky Max Hub used ONLY with wired connections to two PC's with wifi turned off on the Sky Max Hub
Is there anything with the above setup that could cause issues between themselves.

If the 2 PCs connected to the Sky Hub don't need any resources from the XR router side, then you could use this configuration.
